Pozy's Sister H.M.S. Palomares

With an almost parallel career to Pozarica (some ways uncannily so), Palomares was also badly damaged in the Mediteranean. After being towed eventfully back to Belfast, she was converted to a Fighter Direction Ship in 1943.

Surviving the war, Palomares was returned to the MacAndrews Line, where she continued service until the mid 1950's.
